So one thing I've noticed that is terribly annoying is it seems bookmarks are now universal among your iDevices.

Personally, I have bookmarks that are specific to my iPhone and ones that are specific to my iPad. A perfect example would be these forums - there is a mobile site and the normal one for my iPad.

One thing I've noticed is as soon as I updated to iOS 5, the bookmarks are synced - I only have one set and they are identical. I make a change on my iPhone, it changes on my iPad right away.

Any way to disable this? I assume this is related to iCloud since the changes update on both devices right away....

I haven't migrated from MobileMe to iCloud yet but in MobileMe, you can toggle this feature on/off in Settings > Mail, Calendar, Contacts. Since this feature appears to be consistent in iCloud, can't you just go into Settings > iCloud and turn it off?

Exactly what tbayrgs said :) You could turn it off there.
