books not working correctly?

I recently did a clean install for iOS 12.01 on a 6s+ iPhone. Then I dowloaded all of my previous book purchases from iTunes. Now I can't get any of the audiobooks to play correctly. If I select one it plays another book. I've deleted that book - try again and now it plays another book. I have tried playing all the of downloaded audio books and none of them play the correct book.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to remedy this problem?

I guess I should have read farther down the comments first!

I must be missing something, I don't see any other comments or suggestions?
Where exactily did you change your privacy and location to effect the performance of the iBooks app? Any idea why that would have effect, normally I want to use iBooks when I'm in airplane mode?
