Books on major players in tech (companies or people)

I recently got round to reading the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson.
I'd never previously read a book on a major company or individual in tech. It's inspired me to read more.

Would appreciate some recommendations. In particular, but not at all limited to, Bill Gates and/or Microsoft.

The Elon Musk biography was interesting enough. You’re going to have a difficult time finding an a biography as good as the one on Steve Jobs, unfortunately.
