Booq Vyper- is it TSA friendly?

The booq vyper 11" hardcase has been out for a while now, so I hope someone could tell me before I make my purchase... is the Vyper TSA friendly? I know the MBA can get away with not having to be taken out of the bag (at most airports). just wondering what ppls' experiences have been so far.

I have that case, but haven't been through a TSA checkpoint with it. IMO, no matter what case one uses alway's be ready to have one of the moron TSA types to ignore their own rules/regulation on their whims and have you remove it from whatever case.

Yup. I had them make me take my iPad out of my bag and let it slide all around in the basket. I tried explaining that it and netbooks and etc do not have to come out of the bag, and he asked me if I wanted to "deal with the consequences of talking back to" him.

What a p**ck. The TSA seem to be able to do and say whatever they want.

I've gone through LAX, MIA and JFK a few times with my MBA-11" in an incase sleeve, and I never even bothered taking it out of my bag. they didn't ask either. I placed an order for the booq vyper, so hopefully it can go through without problems as well...
