Hi all. This is the first time I've used boot camp. I have Windows 10 running smoothly, except the resolution is clearly off.

Windows says I'm running at 2560 x 1600, but this is clearly wrong, as everything is way to large and zoomed in to be anywhere near that. Anyone have any idea what went wrong/how to fix this issue?

You are running at 2560x1600 but all the on screen elements are doubled in size, just like the default retina resolution.

Are you saying you want to run at the native 2560x1600?

No that would be extremely small, but I do want it smaller. It's just way way too big to be right. Way bigger than what doubled in size would be.

Go to Settings->System->Display then click on "Advanced display settings" at the bottom, then "Advanced sizing of text and other items" in the "Related settings" at the bottom, then click on "set a custom scaling level" in the "Change size of items" section at the top. Most likely that is set to something like 150% or 200%. Adjust that and it should solve your problem.

There seems to be an issue related to some 4K or 5K Mac running Windows. I know not so much about it, but with this issue, Windows is not possible to run native resolution as great as it was doing under Mac OS X.

This did the trick for me. Thanks so much. Now does anyone know how to reverse the scrolling so it functions like a mac?
