Boot Camp - Mac Pro Sound Issue

Hi,

I installed Windows XP Pro via Boot Camp on the Mac Pro (The latest beta - 1.4?) but cannot get the sound to come through the external speakers. The sound just comes through the Mac Pro internal speakers.

Is there a solution for this, I searched the forum but didn't find a solution.

NB Sound works fine as normal when using the Boot Camp partition in VMware Fusion.

Yes, I've noticed the same thing in Windows Vista running it from Boot Camp. So, you're not alone.

I'd also like to find a solution.

i too had major problems trying to get output from external audio devices on my new iMac
