I have some Boot Camp questions:

1. Does anyone know why Boot Camp is still in beta?
2. Obviously, I'm going to need an Intel-based Mac to use Boot Camp. I have an iMac G5 Rev. C - the iMac before the Intel-based Macs were unveiled. Would getting an Intel iMac be worth it? I'd be replacing a Windows XP PC with Boot Camp if I did, and save some space.
3. Should I install the beta of Vista, or just stick with Windows XP, assuming I decide to use it and have a suitable Mac?

1. Apple isn't finished with the final version of bootcamp
2. Very much worth it since Apple has switched to Intel.PPC will soon be obsolete.
3. Vista RC2 works fine except you have no iSight.XP does.

The full version of BootCamp isn't set for release until the full release of Leopard, that's why BootCamp is still in it Beta stage. They do this so everyone can bitch and complain about the bugs and so Apple has time to fix it before they start charging for it.
