Don't know of anyone can help on this, but here goes. I have been given a lovely iMac running OS 8.6. I already have a PC and am learning Mac stuff slowly....
Amongst the software I was given are some .dmg files. After some hunting around I've figured out what they are, but how do I access them on OS 8.6? Disk copy does not recognise .dmg files only .img.
Ultimately I would like to move it to my PC and make a bootable disc...
Any ideas as my brain hurts
