Hello everybody, I'm wondering if anybody has any experience installing and booting mac os from SSD drive Samsung T3. Reading from older articles it seems there was software (samsung) issues with the T1, but so far I couldn't find anything specifically with respect to the new T3.
Any thoughts or comments welcomed, thank you!

Download CarbonCopyCloner (FREE to download and use for 30 days).
Clone over your internal drive to the T3.

Now, can you boot from it?

Only way you're going to KNOW is to TRY it yourself!

My question was not about how to boot from an external drive, it's about whether I should get or not the T3 depending on it's bootable capabilities/obstacles... If I had to find for myself then I wouldn't ask ^_^

Thanks though!

The only thing about booting from the clone most always boots slower on the first boot to build up system cache. After that it will act at the speed of the connection port!
