Boot problem help

Hi I have a little problem with my MacBook Pro late 2011, boots perfect from HDD every time but when I try boot from DVD or USB I getting “prohibition” sign :/

No only my user password normal

You're sure the DVD and USB are bootable on your Macbook? To be safe, I recommend trying to boot with an El Capitan USB or DVD installed.
