Resolved Boot/Screen Issue

So after updating to Mavericks I have started having this issue. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with two people from Apple and they are both puzzled. My specs are:

Late 2011 15" MacBook Pro
2.2GHz Intel i7
16GB of RAM, Standard 500GB Toshiba HDD

The first Image is right after the Apple logo Image 2 is right after Image 1 and then Image 3 is what iPhoto randomly did

I will be taking it in to the Apple Store soon but I ant some ideas on what this issue is.

Could be graphics issue. Check this out. Seems to be fairly wide spread.

That would be my issue... Great. Gonna pray hard that Apple fixes this included with my AppleCare...
