bootable USB - more files

I want to clean install BigSure. First step is to create bootable USB. I did it but instead of having only install macOS Big Sur app I have several unknown files. I watched several videos on how to make such disc and no one had these files. Any idea what I did wrong or what these files do?

That's normal. Those are invisible files, but you turned on the Finder option to show them.
