Bootcamp Backup

I wonder if someone can help I have DUAL BOOTED my MBP using a bootcamp partition with windows 7 professional on it . Can anyone please recommend or point me in the direction of good bootcamp backup instructions please

Thanks but I think Ill only need to do one backup as I have windows to install only a couple of programs that i can't run on OS X . so really I'm just wanting to know how I can backit up without the aid of ⅓ party software.

Thanks I'll try it because theres only a couple of programs I have for personal use
