So I reformatted my HDD, used (what I thought was the default) GUID partition map, installed Leopard. Then, I open Bootcamp, make a partition, install Vista Ultimate x64 on it.

Now when I boot into Vista I get a weird error saying something about bootmanager and whatnot, after like 30 seconds, Vista starts up as normal.

I must of messed up somewhere?

It might not be working right with the x64 version. Except on the Mac Pro workstation, Apple hardware is only suggested to be used with 32-bit Windows.

Is it a legitimate licensed copy of Vista? There are several pirated versions that try to bypass activation in a way that confuses the way Boot Camp starts up.
