I don't have service pack 2 on a disk and it's required to finish the bootcamp process. I can't connect to the internet on the Windows partition so I'm stuck at this point.

Is there a way to get install service pack 2 without buying a disk or otherwise?

You have an XP disk but it doesn't have SP2 on it? you'll have to slipstream it if you can, which requires burning XP+downloaded SP2 network install onto a CD.

You can download SP2 from Microsoft's website for free.

You need to create a "slipstream" CD, merging SP2 with your copy of Windows XP. There's a tutorial available on this site.

Yes, this does require the Internet to do, however. You may have to find another machine to complete this on.
