My apologies if this question has been answered already but I was unable to find any information on this. I have a Mac Pro with 4 internal HDDs. In bay #1 I have Mac os X 10.6 installed and in Bay #2 I have OSX 10.4. I wanted to finally install boot camp so I partitioned HDD#2 to 32GB using boot camp assistant. Well, afterwards, I printed up the installation instructions for windows and read that if you are going to 'install boot Camp on a disk that isn't in the first Hard drive bay,' you have to 'remove the drives in the lower number bays'.
My question is, what happens when you didn't remove the hard drives from the lower numbered bays and should I continue with the installation or back out somehow. Please advise...
Thanks in advance.
