so recently i screwed up installing windows xp on my macbook and i was just got my macbook working again just now but im wondering what went wrong, before i started installing windows xp i used bootcamp went through all the steps and partitioned 132gb for the mac osx and 100gb for the windows, when it went to the installing screen for xp and said to partition which there was only 132gb that was only for the mac. Did i do something wrong? now im afraid of installing windows xp.

and yes i have a genuine windows xp.

Try again? Did the partition succeed or did it pop up an error message?

tried it 3 times with boot camp, i tried partitioning 40 gb, 32gb, 100gb all failed everytime i try to install win xp through bootcamp it keeps saying there is only One partition C: so i have no idea how to fix this..

Bootcamp

Hhmmmmmm. Could you post a picture of what it looks like when it asks you to select a partition? You could take a picture with a digital camera.(if you have one) Not sure what else could be going wrong. Can you successfully partition your hardrive with bootcamp? Does it tell you that is has completed partitioning?
