Well whenever I start up windows regardless of the mode it shuts down my comp automatically, so I ran NAV 11 and found some trojans but I cannot repair them because I cannot get permissions to them. Anyway I could get permissions to my windows partition?

Ok I can do things with files as long as I use root but I cannot seem to move them to the trash no option any help?
OSX doesn't offer write permissions on NTFS drives period unless you use MacFuse and NTFS-3g or buy NTFS for Mac but I wouldn't advise it. Look for 'hiren's boot cd 9.9' on google which is a bootable disk which in it's 'mini windows XP' part has malware removers such as Malwarebytes and Spybot preloaded..
