I don't know if this is normal or what...
Everytime I restart my computer I have to wait at least 5 mins to do something.
Sometimes it start with XP, sometimes with OSX, depending on the day... But not only that, it takes about 1-2 minutes to get something in the screen after the beeeeep of the restart. If I don't press the Option key it takes another 1-2 minutes to start with an OS (as I said, depending on the day it start with one or the other). If I do press the Opt key I get a gray screen for 1-2 minutes before I can select what disk I want to startup with. But even though I select the one I want to start with, sometimes nothing happens, even after waiting 10 minutes... So I need to manually shut down the computer, and then it usually starts with OSX after a some minutes too...
I erased my Windows partition, I reintalled bootcamp, used another Windows installer but this keeps happening... Is there something I can do to fix this? Or is it normal?
BTW, using Bootcamp 1.2, Windows XP SP2, on a MacPro 2.66 3 GB RAM
Thanks
Gery
