I'm thinking about switching to Mac. What problems/irregularities (compared to running a Windows native PC) would I face when I run Windows on a MB? play Windows-based MMORPG (ex: maplestory) in bootcamp?

BootCamp: Pros-Runs Windows, Cons-???

Bootcamp will run Maple Story. From what I know, running Bootcamp is pretty much like running Windows natively on a Windows machine; Bootcamp is just the set of drivers that lets you do that.
Does that mean the USB drivers are fixed and the times are 'remembered'? Or it would still have several bugs that have to

MS used to run wonderfully on my boot camp partition. However, for some reason when I upgraded to boot camp 1.4, the keyboard functions stopped working (i.e. volume, brightness, and hotkeys such as home, page, end) A lot of these are also the hotkeys in MS, so this kind of screws it all over. Boot camp is a partitioning program. You then install windows onto that free partition. So when running windows in this way, it is running natively. It will be exactly the same as running windows on a non-apple PC of the same spec.
Pro - runs windows as good as, if not faster, than a quality PC Laptop
Con - you can only boot into a single OS. For my needs, I like Parallels, but I'm not doing any gaming.
I actually find everything faster on Windows via Bootcamp than on a PC. I have about 50GB of games (COD4, Gears of War, CS:S, NFS Carbon, Rainbow Six Vegas, Quake 4, F.E.A.R.) and they run almost instantaneously on my MBP. On my old laptop it took at least 10 seconds for games to load up. I highly recommend getting a mac and playing games via Boot Camp, given the added stability of the OS X system on the mac.

Really, there are no cons to running Windows on your Mac, in fact it may very well run better than any PC you've had in the past. There might be driver issues just like with any other computer running Windows, but there's no avoiding that.
I do both. I run Windows XP via Parallels so I can get it up quickly without rebooting for most Windows stuff, and I boot up Windows XP via Boot Camp 2.0 for online DirectX gaming (Parallels support for DirectX is pretty sucky). The Boot Camp Windows runs all the Windows software including games better than any PC I've ever built.
