Bootcamp question and VMwere Fusion

I have xp in a bootcamp partition can I access it with fusion with out rebooting?

Yes, but I had issues wiht licensing stuff I never got fixed. When I booted using fusion, then went back, it wants to be reactivated due to major hardware changes... If anyone knows how to get past this, I would be very happy.
