Bootcamp issue

As the assistant is only a tool to guide you through the process you can safely install it on your harddisk.
Soon you will be promted to burn an installation disk by the assistant and that will be the actual installer of your windows partition,
Remember to run that disk again after you have installed xp or whatever because there is some extra extensions for your network connections and so forth.
Regards
Tómgis

P.S. i am a newbie so i might have misunderstood the question maybe your asking where to install the partition i am fairly sure that you have to do the partition on the mac osx disk and then use your second disck as a straight macformatted storage unit.

And a word of caution when you are asked which hard-drive partition will be used for Windows, you must select "C." If you choose wrong, you could obliterate your Mac operating system
