Do all macmini's come pre-installed with bootcamp and does the boot camp come with windows 7 or do i have to buy the disk?

To my knowledge no Macs come with Boot Camp pre-installed -- meaning they don't come with any Windows partition. The Boot Camp Assistant program is preinstalled, so you can go through the process yourself of creating the Windows installation. (It's not difficult.)
The Windows disk does not come with it. You have to buy a copy of Windows yourself (7 or 8).
