I recently used Time Machine to do a full system restore back to a point in time when I had Sierra installed.

Now when I boot up I have three options to choose from: mac, windows, and "Recovery 10.13.6".

I have never had a third option before, so I'm just checking to see if it is normal. What exactly is this? Is this an option to revert back to my High Sierra backup state that I had prior to performing the Time Machine restore?

thanks

Thanks. I haven't been on my Windows partition for quite a while, but I've had bootcamp since I bought my 2015 laptop, and I've never had this option before. But I found better info on it when I took "bootcamp" out of my google search. I guess my Time Machine restore was the trigger for it to appear as an option.
