BootCamp + VMWare + Two Partitions

Hey Guys - Did a quick search but I couldn't find a thread that directly answered my questions so it's up to you to save me .

To sum up my current setup:
- OS X 10.4.10
- Two Mac OS Extended Partitions
- VMWare Fusion with Windows XP Pro

I want to have the ability to use Windows XP Pro though BootCamp or VMWare without installing Windows twice and without having to combine my two partitions back into one (which BootCamp doesn't seem to agree with).

Is it possible, how?

I have the same problem!

I`ve partitioned my hd in : system and backup.

Now, Bootcamp show me this menssage when i`m try to install
