Bootcamp XP Freeze 30-40 sec. after os loads

MacBook Core 2 Duo, BootCamp 1.1.2, WinXP SP2, latest drivers are installed

After XP loads i can't see content of "my computer" about 30-40 sec (maybe more). Also i can't use internet connection and many other things in this time.
But simple system utilities, "start" menu, desktop are works.
After 30-40 sec. something loads, so i can browse hdd content, software loads normally and everything work fine.


any suggessions?

Is it a Legal copy of Windows or a Download?

Some of the downloads have added extras that can take a while to load on start up. If its legal, then im not sure.
