MP 1,1-5,1 Booting to msc OS Utilities Mojave&RX580

Sorry if I am wrong but I thought I have seen many times, you cannot boot to mac OS Utilities running Mojave and a Metal card. If I do command r on power on after 1m45s I get a apple logo and progress bar and boot right into OS Utilities.
Sorry if I am misunderstanding or getting confused here

I am not quite sure what you want to say.

But if you mean "can we use recovery partition with RX580 in Mojave", it's known that RX580 can access recovery partition. In fact, all natively supported card can access recovery partition in the last few years.

As you have now discovered, you were incorrect. It's always fun to learn you were incorrect about having a disadvantage somehow.

Been playing with PCs sense early 80s. Had to load 5 1/4s every day to get going. Could not afford a hard drive!
Retired so having fun with the MacPro. A different world!!
