Bootpicker + New MacBook Pro 15"

Just got a new Unibody MacBook Pro 15" for our CEO, installed Windows XP with no issues, everything is running great. I tried Bootpicker to see if I could use it as an easy way to choose the system she wants during boot up. The app works with no issues on my Late 2006 MacBook, but it doesn't work on the new MacBook Pro's. Tried rEFIt also, no luck. Does anyone know if and when Bootpicker might be updated to work with the new MacBook Pro's? I really like the interface Bootpicker presents, plus I can personalize the welcome message.

XP will be used majority of the time due to the business world being a Windows world for now, but she wants to learn Mac OS X also.

I use rEFIt on my UMBP on it works flawlessly. I prefer it over everything else. What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? Like the menu won't pop up on boot?

Just hold down the "opt" on startup and select which boot volume you want.

I do this myself when I need to boot XP, so I don't need to worry about changing the Startup Disk to/from XP. In other words, if OS-X is used most often, set it as the default boot volume. Then, when you need Windows, just restart and hold down the "opt".

Pressing option is not an option, I need it to be extremely simple and user friendly. If it was, I would have mentioned that. I'm familiar with option, I've been running dual boot with XP since Boot Camp was in beta on Tiger. Not trying to sound rude, but I have to think of the end user. This is their first Mac, and 99% of the time they'll be in XP.

In regards to rEFIt, the menu won't pop up at boot. Plus in keeping in mind the user, Bootpicker looks the best.
