Bought A Brand New 24" Cinema Display from Apple Reseller yesterday, (Wow Sight and Sound)and the top of the screen has a small chip in it? So I'm calling Apple to see what's the go and see if I can get it replaced. Doe's anyone think they will send back a 27" Cinema Display rather than a 24" ACD as they don't make the 24"'s anymore?

Thanks

That'd be highly unlikely. I believe they keep stock of old products for a certain time frame, for replacements.

Not a snowballs chance in hell

If it's physically chipped they probably will tell you to deal with the reseller. It's nothing they did wrong.

Except that you could be entirely wrong. What if it was chipped in transport to the reseller? It's not the customer's fault, and it's not the reseller's fault. It's an issue between the courier and Apple.
