I bought a new iPad Pro for my business I'm starting. I don't "need" the Pro at all but I wanted to see what the 10.5 is like. I have a 9.7 pro 256 for home use but only want to take one when traveling. The only Verizon one I could get my hands on at Best Buy during the $100 off was a 64. Everything for the company is web based...so space won't be an issue for that. I don't put music on my iPads or photos...so maybe just movies and some of my own apps when I'm traveling. Trying to decide if I should return it and wait for the 256. I know...only I can answer the question...just muttering aloud really...and want some encouragement to open it and get over it!

I'd wait. Bigger is better. You may find (likely) that 64 isn't enough. It depends on apps (all getting bigger), iCloud Photo Library etc etc. It will fill up super quick. With 256 you'll prob never have to manage the memory - removing stuff to put other stuff on. You may have too with 64. And with iOS 11 you might use it more etc.

Only you know. How much memory you got free on your 9.7?

I went 512 with both mine. If you want it for travelling then why not 10.5?

Just open the damn thing and enjoy it! Use it for a week to 10 days and if you still feel the need to get a higher storage option, get it then.

With BB, unless you’re an elite or elite plus, you still have 14 days no questions asked return policy!

Just my usual 2 pennies worth!

I have about 40 FB used on my other iPad Pro right now. When I last traveled I probably was using about 44 as I had a movie down loaded too. I can fathom using more space than that. The iPad also had unlimited Verizon coverage so I do have access to streaming etc if I am not on a plane etc.
