OS X bought batman on sale from mac app store, can i claim it on steam?

I bought both batman games that were on sale from app store, i was wondering if theres a way to claim it on steam and if I do will I also be able to play it on the PC? the mac is great to play on the go but when I am home I prefer to use my gaming pc for better quality
