Hello,

I was having a lazy day in front of my Apple TV, and I decided to buy a bunch of films, some I didn't even end up watching.

Now, I'm one of those guys that once I buy something, I like to feel like I actually own it physically (reality wise). So once I got off the sofa, I went to my computer iTunes and checked for available downloads.

Some of my movies downloaded that I purchased off the Apple TV, others didn't. iTunes keeps saying all purchases have been downloaded even though I'm still missing a few films.

One that I bought from Apple TV was in fact Zombieland, although I didn't get round to watching it. This one just wont download onto my computer. Even when I go onto the store and try and buy again, it says 'You have already purchased this item.' and then asks me to check for available download.

It also wont download another film I bought from Apple TV, and I actually watched this one.

I don't really know what to do here?

If you go into the purchases section of itunes store you should be able to redownload purchased movies.

The re-download works in the US, but not in the UK. Don't know why.

I've had the same issue with a movie I bought via iTunes. Lost the file after a change of hard drives ... unable to re-download the file. I keep checking back, but the option never appears for me.

Its to the point that I'm considering getting the file from other sources ... after all, I have bought the film!

Now, I buy and download the film from iTunes and stream it from the machine.

The funny thing is that ATV still shows that I can download/watch the film from the ATV
