Hey all. I recently bought my first mac a few weeks ago (MacBook aluminum 2.0), and I absolutely love it. However, as my desktop computer is old and dying (either the video card or motherboard is going out) and it's not worth fixing, I decided to try and find a good deal on a Mac Mini or an iMac. I managed to find a Mac Mini G4 1.25 Ghz for around $250 on ebay, so I placed a bid. Kind of figured the price would go up a bit and I wouldn't get it, so I wasn't actually expecting to win...but I did. It came with a wired mighty mouse and a new keyboard (the older style with the clear plastic bottom). However, I already have a logitech MX Revolution and an apple aluminum keyboard so I'm using those. I was a bit worried it would be too slow for my needs, but it's just about perfect! It says 1.25 Ghz on the bottom, but when I pull up the computer specs on the screen, it says 1.33 Ghz...so don't know what's up with that, but if it's a bit faster I'm fine. I'm only using it for casual web browsing and, well, that's really about it. Perhaps some IM or movie watching. So now that I've rambled on too long, I'll finish up here.

It appears that you got the latest revision of the G4 Mac mini with a 64MB video card (as opposed to 32MB). The G4 will not be as fast as your MacBook, though, so don't expect to watch 1080p video or do processor intensive tasks.

The lastest G4 Mac minis had a 1.42 GHz and a 1.5 GHz CPUs.

Anyway, congrats for your purchase, however, i personally would not but any of the Gx processor Macs these days.
