Bought Refurb...How Long Did It Take to Get?

Friday morning I ordered a Black MacBook refurbished. I ordered over the phone because my internet was down. The salesperson said it would take a week to ship and I should not pay extra for overnight. Well, I checked my order this morning and it shipped yesterday. I shoulda just paid for the overnight.

But anyways, for those who ordered refurb, how long did it take y'all to get them?

3 or 4 days from the day of ordering.
 
UPS Ground, right? Check your tracking number. Should be to you by the end of this coming week.
 
Ordered my MBP late afternoon on a Thursday; paid the extra for second-day FedEx; arrived in Louisville, KY on Monday night and I picked it up from FexEx Tuesday morning.
 
They shipped two days later after I placed my order. Then the rest shipping time depends on the shipping company. You should check your online order status to get the tracking number.

Hope you get a nice unit, because if you want to return it, it will be a nightmare to wait for the shipping label. They will keep you wait at that time.
 
Beat this, I ordered a few days before christmas at about 11 AM.....the thing arrived at 9 AM the next morning. I didnt pay for overnight either. Under 24 hours from the time I ordered until I got it, but I think this was a christmas deal to promote stuff.

Thank you, I am in Tx also.

Even though my has a shipping number, when I try to find it thru FedEx, it still doesnt show up. Might take a day or so for it to get into the system with it being the weekend.

I was told over the phone that it would take longer to fill the order, but that the shipping would be the same and was talked out of paying for the overnight shipping because of it. Unfortunately, I have found that it doesnt take longer to fill the order so I should have went ahead and paid the extra shipping to get it here before my vacation.
 
Ordered last friday morning the 26th, around 6am. Shipped out that day at 11AM, scheduled for delivery today the 29th.

Overnight delivery selected, and glad to see they were able to send the machine out within hours of being ordered.
 
Well, even though mine has a FedEx #, it still isnt showing up in their system. Apple site says "shipped on Jan 27th." FedEx site says "Not found
No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."

yup thats what my said the first day after i ordered mine (think i ordered it at a weird time like 1am)

just give it a day or so and it will filter in the system and all of a sudden you will have lots of tracking updates (scanned in so and so, left so and so)

same thing happened to me, and 3 days later i had mine. wait patiently... if thats possible?! hah
 
Ok, this isnt my being impatient anymore. It is now the 31st and I put my order in on the 26th and it STILL isnt showing up on FedExs tracking.

This sucks.

ouch, that is abnormally long

did you buy one of the refurbs that in fine print said "estimated shipping date 1-3 days or 5-7 days" bc if so, thats why

otherwise i would def call fed ex with the tracking number and try to see whats up
 
Well, it is now the 1st and still nothing. The Apple site shows a tracking number but when you try to track it using the link, FedEx doesnt show it at all.

This sucks. The Apple representative should NOT have told me to not pay for next day. I am leaving to go out of town this weekend. :rolleyes:
 
Well it is friday afternoon and still the same. It shows a tracking number but the number doesnt show in FedEx. I guess that pretty much means next week sometime.

Well, hopefully.
