Bounce to Sender AppleScript?

My wife gets an annoying amount of basically junk email from some relative of hers. She is constantly using the Bounce to Sender feature after asking to be removed from this relatives email list and being ignored.

I'd like to set up a rule for her that will bounce the email and I'm wondering if anyone has an AppleScript that can handle it.
