I was wondering if anyone owns the Bowers & Wilkins A7?

I am thinking of buying one but I wanted to know if anyone has been able to AirPlay music to it from Apple Music, Beats Radio etc.

I expect it would work (as the A7 uses AirPlay) but my concern is with tracks on Apple Music using DRM and wondered if this may cause issues.

You can use any device that uses Airplay--Airport Express, Apple TV, or speakers such as the A7. The current problem for Apple Music is inability to play directly with Sonos--but Sonos is not an Airplay speaker--so you will be fine with the B&W.

It works perfectly - and sounds awesome.

Buy and enjoy :)

Thanks very much for the help.

Don't mean to hijack the thread here guys but was wondering if you could advise on whether a B&W is worth a purchase. I'm looking to get a dock/speakers the are portable yet loud, for garden parties, BBQ's, house parties etc.

Will it fill a garden with sound when there's 20 odd people talking?

Thanks very much for the help. Glad to hear from someone who uses the A7 and Apple Music and can confirm that it works. Looking forward to getting the A7 in the near future.

I would advise getting it from the Apple Store as they have a good returns policy, should it not be what you were wanting.
