Just ordered one at last will this be fine to use during workouts or do you suggest swapping them out?

These things seem impervious to anything thus far.

I have an Atlantic Blue braided solo loop and it seems just as durable as the sport bands. Water doesn’t affect it, the color doesn’t fade, and they don’t fray. Plus, I shower with mine and soap it off so it never smells.

I would never exercise with a colored leather band because they lose their color, but these braided solo loops can take just about anything you throw at them.

I can confirm that I run with Braided solo loop and also tried swim. Everything ok. It's much more comfortable than solo loop.
Sometimes I wash it with soap and my product RED always shine after this procedure :)). Also I mentioned that band tent to loose little bit, but washing get it tighter again.

So far is the best Apple band - I have several Sport bands, Sport loops and solo loops and Braided is definitely most comfortable one.

I haven't had any issues wearing my braided solo loop during workouts. It just takes longer to dry compared to the sport band if you take it for a swim.

The braided loop didn’t work well for me during my runs as it wasn’t tight enough. I use the sport loop for my runs and that works fine.

It’s fascinating how optical heart rate monitors work so differently for different people. If I tighten mine too much, it gets less accurate. I think it’s because sweat plus the hair on my arm blocks the sensor. If I leave a bit of wiggle room, it tends to be much more accurate. I also think the fabric bands are more accurate because they don’t cause as much sweat to build up under the watch.
