Hello - was wondering what people thought about the braided loop vs the sport loop for sleeping. I always use sport loops for sleeping and was wondering if the braided loop is more comfy for this.

I read somewhere (on one of John Gruber’s blogs I think) that the sport loop is actually the lightest. Is this the case?

for those who find the braided loop best for sleeping, did you stick with apple’s sizing tools?

thanks!

Solo loop won't make you disappointed.

Was yours smaller than the size suggested? I’m apparentry between a 4 and a 5 so I assumed i’d be safe with a 4.
Sorta. Recommended size 5 I’m using 4 after trying 2-3-4-5. Kept 5 for sleeping

I actually return my Product-Red Braided Loop because how uncomfortable is it to sleep with, I would wake up with the braiding imprint into my wrist. I loved the look and feel of the band, but it's rather painful to sleep with compared to Sport Loop.

I've been sleeping with the braided for a few months now and as it stretches out a bit it does become much more comfortable to sleep with than it was the first few days.

How are braided solo loop and sport loop after few weeks ?
Is the size of solo one still the same ?
No attachment problem with sport loop ?

Wondering if the sport one could detach during the night

Braided has loosened up noticeably, but not to the point where it's uncomfortable to wear. Regular solo loop is holding up like new.
