Hi there,
So I just bought a brand new 2019 MBP 16" (base model) last July 19. I left it on sleep last night for like 9 hours, and when I opened it up this morning, the fans briefly whirred loudly before suddenly restarting. This is weird because aside from being new, I barely have anything on this thing as I have only been using it for emailing via Safari and the occasional Chrome. (Haven't had time to fully set it up with Adobe and to sync my files from my previous MBP)
Other things to note if it helps in any way:
- I have bluetooth on so I can unlock my laptop with my Apple Watch (Series 5, up to date OS)
- I used my Airpods 1 last night while watching Youtube using Safari
- Laptop was not overheating/warm
- I only plugged in my USB Mouse to it upon opening the laptop (USB Type A with an original Samsung adapter to USB Type C)
- I did nothing else but login this morning (via watch) before it suddenly restarted
- Here is the report I got after it restarted itself:
CPU Machine Check Architecture Error Dump (CPU: UNKNOWN, CPUID: 0x80000009000906EA)

My return for this thing already expired so having this fixed would cost me, which I would like to avoid. I just want to know if this should be a cause for concern? Thanks heaps for any help.
