Ok, brand new replacement phone from apple.

Pwned it fine, unlocked fine, everything works except WiFi.

Try and virginise it but bootneuter crashes/hangs after detecting settings and I need to reboot the phone.

What the hell do I do?

I can't even sell the thing because the WiFi doesn't work

I've tried to set it to relock it through pwnage but unticking "unlock" in the bootneuter settings does nothing, it still thinks I want it unlocked.

Any help? :(

Put it in DFU restore mode and start from scratch that way. That should get you past whatever is holding you back.

When stuff like this happens, since I'm not sure on teh specifics, I would recommend restoring to a stock Apple firmware and test WiFi again. If it works, it's not the device and pwnage is doing something. If it doesn't work with normal firmware, WiFi might be hosed on it somehow. :(

Done a DFU mode to 1.1.4 and the old baseband and 3.9 bootloader and everything!

Im going to reflash it to 4.3 bootloader and totally put it back and put a O2 sim in it to see what happens.

If its ok I move to O2, if its not I go back to apple

Oh well.

Um, why 1.1.4, exactly?
If you DFU downgraded to 1.1.4, your baseband and bootloader was not touched. Unless you used another tool to tinker with the baseband and bootloader, they're the same as they were before the restore.

Yup, pwnage1.1 was used to put it to 3.9 and the baseband was changed using the patched version of ZiPhone (04_04_05_G or whatever)

It went back loads of versions to like 03_13_xx_G first time round, WiFi wasn't even detected!!

Now im at 2.2.1, how do I totally replace everything as it came out of the box? IE totally new?

I assume I just need it to upgrade to the 4.x bootloader and a DFU restore deals with the baseband?

Cheers
