Brand New 3GS on 3.1.3 - JB

I've read many conflicting articles. Can it be jailbroken yet?

It's a brand new phone and has 3.1.3 installed on it.

You would have to have your SHSH on file for 3.1.2, but since you just got the phone that's obviously not possible.
