I purchase iPad Pro 11 inch 1 TB Cellular but when I opened it had fingerprint I mean what the hell

And? Obviously, a worker accidentally got a fingerprint on it during the manufacturer and packaging process. Unless the iPad is damaged and not working properly, you need to calm down, wipe off the fingerprint and get on with your life.
