Wow!

You're on iOS 6.1.4. There's a jailbreak for that and believe it or not there are lots of people (myself included) that would consider you very lucky to have a jailbreakable version of iOS 6.

That said. If it is your intent, no matter what we may say here, to go to iOS 9, then there is no jailbreak.

Apple only allows you to upgrade to a version of iOS that it still being signed. Right now, that's 9.3.2 and 9.3.2 does not have a jailbreak. The last available jailbreak is for iOS 9.1 with a 64-bit device (your iPhone 5 is 32-bit). So, the last available jailbreak for your device would require you to be on iOS 9.0.2, which you cannot upgrade to because Apple is not signing it.

So, your choice is 9.3.2, stock or iOS 6.1.4 with a jailbreak.

PS. I think the one you want is P0sixspwn, but DO NOT trust me on that. Waiti until someone else can verify this. My last jailbreak for iOS 6 was on 6.1 with Evasi0n. By the time jailbreaks for later versions of iOS 6 came I was already on iOS 7 so I really have no idea which jailbreak is the correct one for 6.1.4.

I see part of your question was left unanswered. The others are correct, you can not update to 9.x and update.

I think what you mean is "What is 5,1 and 5,2" the models use a comma in the way that apple does things.

In this case a variant of 5,1 would a GSM/LTE model. A variant of 5,2 would be CDMA model.

You can enter those into this website http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/ and enter the model as "iPhone 5,1" for example for details about that model. You can also enter Mac models, like MacBookPro8,2, to obtain the specs of the device.

I know that does not help you with you jailbreak quest, but it will let you know which firmware to download from that site in the posted photos.
