Has anyone in the UK had this working yet?
The options are there, both under Breathing Disturbances and Sleep Apnea, but it is just a write up about the features and how it works when ‘turned on’.
There appears to be no option to ‘turn on’.
I am running the 18.1 beta with language set to US English but can’t think that would have any effect.

It’s not even showing up for me (latest developer beta).

Sleep Apnea isn't in the 18.1 beta yet, it's only in 18.0 - there's a lot of discussion about this in the main Beta thread. I have Breathing Disturbances working in the UK in 18.0, but you'll need to wait until it's added back in to the 18.1 beta.
