iPhone bricked 3gs but serial is 88932

i got this weird thing happened on my 3gs iOS 6.0.1.. first thing was while i was using suddenly it saids on the signal "NO SERVICE" then.. after that it reboot and got stuck on "Connect to Itunes" then i tried connecting it and restored to 6.1.13.. after that it got bricked got no wifi anything same as what happened to later 3gs products that got bricked.. need help thanks..

It should be safe to flash the iPad baseband as the device was made in 2009

Run tinyumbrella and plug in your 3GS, is the baseband 6.15.00?

If yes, downgrade to the 5.13.xx baseband using redsn0w

tried both 5.1.1 and 6.0 ipsw.. on 5.1.1 i got error7 something like that on the phone screen ive tried researching about it.. it saids cause my phone is on 6.XX i need to use 6.0 ipsw.. on 6.0 i got stuck at "Activating"

okay im using this step ( http://m.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=22653 ) for every ipsw i use.. but i used 9.15b on 6.0 ipsw..
on 5.1 ipsw this is what i get "code signature for shared cache failed with errno=7"
on 6.0 ipsw i get stuck at "Activating" with a loading bar and a pineapple on the screen

this is btw.. downgrading the BB

Only select downgrade BB, no other items such as cydia.

For all use the older redsn0w

You might need to downgrade the firmware 4.1, which is still signed by apple, do the BB diwngrade there and then upgrade to 6.1.3 again while oreserving the BB

okay this is what i did.. i downgraded the os to 4.1 then tried downgrading baseband without any option on redsn0w i got stuck at "Activating" with pineapple logo on the screen.. im using ipsw 4.1 and 9.14b redsn0w
