Well, I'm dumb. I clicked erase all settings and content, and it won't do anything, it's frozen in its 'restore cycle'. Is there anyway to break it from this cycle so I can restore and then erase it? Tried to restart it,but it just restarts into the erase screen.

Any help appreciated.

It's not bricked. You've just put it in a boot loop because what you did erases files that the jailbreak uses to boot. Now you have an incomplete installation so your phone bootloops.

You need to restore. How to do that?

Put your iPhone in DFU mode (Google it). Connect your iPhone to a Mac/PC running iTunes. When iTunes recognizes your iPhone as being in recovery mode, upgrade and restore. Your phone will be restored to stock on the latest version of iOS.
