So I tried to downgrade from Catalina to Mojave, I have a USB drive with Mojave on it but then I think I ****ed up and may have erased the wrong thing because now the only thing I can do is internet recovery but it fails and says "apple.com/support -9000F". If anyone knows what to do so I can use my MacBook again it would be really appreciated

Did you erase the Macintosh HD (or whatever yours is named) drive and nothing else?
Honestly I'm not sure what I erased but I went in the disk utility and there was 3 things, one I couldn't erase and 2 APFS volumes and I deleted those 2

Don't worry
You need to create a mojave usb installer on another computer

Then boot MBA with this Usb installer, with disk utility erase hdisk/ssd and install a fresh copy of Mojave.

But how do I do that I can't get access to anything except internet recovery. I just turn the MacBook with the USB plugged in?

As he said, from another computer. You need to do it from a computer running Mojave...once you make the USB bootable drive, you start your mac from that.

Yeah so I already have the bootable drive but when I turn the MacBook on while holding OPTION, the computer freezes like 30 seconds later. Were you talking about starting my Mac from the bootable drive after holding OPTION or is there another way?

Then boot from external bootable drive, holding option key.

It should take only some seconds.
When you have login on system, you can see what you have done on internal ssd.

Then clone or install mojave..

Tell us if you resolve the issue.

Yes but it freezes after less than a minute. So I can't use the bootable drive

Try booting without usb plugged while holding option key to see if computer stops freezing. Are you sure you didn't accidentally erased usb volume while trying to delete system volumes? And I think installation failed because to downgrade from Catalina you need to erase entire disk, deleting volumes doesn't work because something was changed to make standalone system volume (I tried downgrading same way, didn't work, erasing entire disk and installing on new partition table was successful).

Well with and without the USB plugged in it eventually freezes. And yes I may have erased USB volume but now I don't have access to disk Utility anymore

Have you tried booting into an installer USB?
Yes it freezes for some reason before even being able to choose anything

I don't even have time to connect to the network it freezes before the end and if I'm fast enough, it freezes when it's done

Why are you always trying to use internet recovery? Try re-doing your installation drive and seeing if that'll work.

No matter what I do it always ask me to connect to a network

What model of MacBook Air do you have? Depending on the model, there are many ways of launching Recovery HD, and each one of them do something slightly different.
You should try Shift-Option-⌘-R
MacBook Air 2018 (2019 refresh) and I already tried it, it ask me to connect to a network, loads for 10 minutes then tell me "Apple.com/support -9000F"

You got the error because, at the moment, no internet recovery server is created by Apple for Catalina beta

So your options are:
1.Create an usb installer with Mojave on someone else computer
Or
2.go for Apple help at Genius bar
I already tried 1. and it won't let me but I have an other computer so I guess I could wait for September and the final release of Catalina so there's servers

I'm sorry that you are being given bad advice.
You have a T2 based Mac; which means unless you have already booted to Recovery and turned on "Allow External Boot" you will be unable to use `createinstallmedia` to reinstall the OS. Since Internet Recovery is not recognizing your device, it is literally a brick; there is nothing you can do. (YAY T2 chip..)

You need to book an appointment with the Genius Bar. I'm really sorry.

T2 chip on emergency is very bad.

BTW
Did you just tried these keys ?

Command (⌘)-R

Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac. (i.e. Catilina )

Option-⌘-R

Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac. (i.e. Mojave)

Shift-Option-⌘-R

Install the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available. (i.e. High Sierra / Mojave )

Alright then thanks. But are you sure internet recovery doesn't work only because there's no servers for Catalina yet as I saw a couple of times?

Try CMD+OPT+R; and if that doesn't work try CMD+OPT+SHIFT+R.

If both of those produce no luck, then your next stop needs to be an Apple Store.
