Brightening or lightening shadows on ipad

This is the main feature I use PS for on my Mac, since I'm not good with the camera setting I always end up needing it. Does anyone know a good app to do this? PS Touch maybe, but I don't know how. And PS Touch doesn't seem to let me access my pics, I go to local photos and get nothing, I thought that's where I could access my camera roll and Photostream.

I use snapseed for on the go editing on android. I think it is available on iOS. It has shadow lightening capability. Might be worth a glance.

Perfect, I already have it too. Just didn't see that option, but I found it under Tune Image. Thank you
