I thought I remembered reading somewhere there was a brightness fix for jailbroken devices. But I can't find anything anywhere , ios6

What is this "brightness fix"?

I'm looking for something a tweak or something that will allow me to use the automatic brightness control as of now if its on it goes all the way to max brightness in a few wake up sleep cycles. So I'm looking for a BRIGHTNESS FIX.

Yeah that's the one I can't find it on cydia anywhere??

Yeah, I see that in the repo now. Guess it was just showing up because I had installed it. Looks like they pulled it from the repo for some reason.

Do a Google search for iBrightness Fix for 6.x repo. There seem to be some other repos out there that have it. Don't know though as I didn't look at any of them personally, but I saw two or three.

FYI there's a new brightness fix in Cydia created by Jonas Gessner who also created ProTube. So if you can't find the other version then you can try this. But in the package description he explains why the dimness occurs. Hopefully other devs whose tweaks respring will implement his way of fixing the issue, assuming he is correct.

There's another brightness fix?

"BumpyFlatline" is known to be reputable.
Wouldn't it have been more beneficial to just open Cydia and find it ?

Modmyi has been adding and removing a few packages lately. They also may be the reason for the slow theme downloads. I'm not sure they have totally updated their repo.
