Hey, I live in Canada, and I'm really annoyed how the iPad has been delayed up here. I am making a trip to Boston, so I could buy one there. Unfortunately, there are fees that I have to pay at the boarder. Does anyone know how much that will be for the 32gb version. I know I can try sneaking it through, but its not worth the risk, because I'm not even going for 48 hours so the chance of them searching me is very high.

Thanks in advance

You should swing up to New Hampshire to buy the iPad. No state sales tax in NH compaired to MA.

Before you cross the border for it, check your local Kijiji. That's where I got mine. The prices people were charging were fairly outrageous right after they came out, but have come down in the past couple of weeks.

In Calgary/Edmonton, the going price is about $700 for a 16GB, which is about the same as it would cost to bring one back from the US.
